Great sale, quality products and conveniently located on the ground floor of Markville mall. Could be a bit more organized but overall it's always great shopping there.

Cashier number 2669024 need serious training. She was incredibly unprofessional. There was a big line and a different customer cut the line, instead of asking them to wait she helped them immediately and then was rude after we asked if we could pay (after waiting 15 minutes with only 2 people ahead of us). After we had waited she didn’t say hello or thank us or any of the typical customer service behaviour. Not even a “sorry for the long wait despite not being busy,” I’ve never had an issue at this old navy but her service alone makes this old navy easily the worst I’ve been to. She tried to defend the customer cutting in line by saying “she just had a question,” ridiculous.

Love their promos when they have the $1 flip flops. Felt like they haven't done this promo for a while though.Good place to buy items for quick trips and need something that you don't mind losing if it ever happens.Definitely perfect for mothers (to be)

I was shopping at old navy today and a guy named Tim help me find some clothes that I was trying to get and he was very nice and friendly. Very good customer service

store has a lot of sales & the price is always reasonable. I love getting kids' clothings there

Went here to purchase some items. Went to check out and the lady gave me the total. The screen showed the line items just as she was telling me the amount and I see a $5 additional charge for some Kids Safety Event. The screen was very quick to flash away. I politely asked her what that extra charge was and was told that she added it on but took $5 off on another line item, so it’s a wash for me. I have no way of verifying this. And it’s not the amount, it’s the principle of this whole thing.Adding additional charges without telling customers seems VERY shady, and basically amounts to THEFT. I don’t know how many people she (or other associates) have done this to?If she had asked me before hand. Or explained what it was. That’s a different story. But she didn’t.Just keep an eye on your bill whenever you shop here. I’ll probably never go back here.

Nothing I wanted in my L size today, to use expiring coupons, and gift cards. Several different sales may explain why they only have Smalls and XXL left.

The store has a lack of sizes for babies even if you’re willing to pay regular price and not shop for clearance. The store is dated and needs better lighting. There was a young white lady as the cashier that doesn’t take NO for an answer when you clearly tell her you don’t want to sign up for their email subscription or loyalty program. She literally asked me 3 times and I kindly said no. She was extremely pushy and annoying all at the same time. She was lucky I was having a good day or I would given her a lesson. If she keeps up with that attitude, someone going to tell her off one day. Maybe if the quality of Old Navy clothes were better, I’d consider signing up.
