I went to Dr. Omran for a hysterectomy. From my first visit to the time I was discharged at the hospital, I have nothing but great things to say about her. I’m not sure why people complain about front desk and don’t look at the service provided directly by the doctor. She took such great care of me and explained every last detail. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good female doctor in Brampton.

Doctor Ben Omran is very unpleasant and doesn’t do a good of being a checking to make sure baby is safe and healthy. My baby almost died because she didn’t note the position of my placenta so I had to have an emergency c section 3 weeks earlier to save my baby. Don’t go there and if you’re a patient there discontinue before it’s too late. Go to another doctor who has good reviews.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. While the front desk girl is very helpful and can be sweet, she often looses her temper with the patients and uses very aggressive tone of voice.The dr. overbooks patients and runs through each of them in a span of 30-50 seconds while the minimum wait times are an hour and half. I have even spend 3 hours waiting with an appt... she doesnt ask if we have any questions and gets very annoyed answering questions.Please avoid this doctor at all costs!

I read the reviews still went to see her thought that it might not be that worse. But I was wrong after waiting for one hour she didn’t examined me . She just did consult and said she is running behind and will do pep test next time and for that I have to book appt again. And she didn’t have a time to do checkup.she told me to do swab for other test and went to see next patient.Looks like they overbook patients. She does not give time to patients.Do not waste your time.

I’m surprised about the bad reviews for the receptionist. I was expecting someone rude on my first visit however she was the opposite. She is very nice and welcome everyone who enters knowing their names. I once missed my appointment, she rebooked without complaining and she usually calls to remind you of upcoming appointments. My experience so far at Dr. Omran’s office deserves a 5 star, especially because of the receptionist.

I absolute love her!! Does not engage in any small talk- but I feel so confident with her diagnosis. If you have a medical issue small talk does not matter. You want the brains!!

Dear pregnant ladies, my experience with Dr Omran was really bad. Poor quality of checkups caused me infection in amniotic fluid and placenta which lead me to deliver premature and very under weight baby.

I would give zero if I can.Staff was rude and unprofessional (and based on this, can only assume the doctor is too).Apparently, if they want to reschedule a scheduled appointment - they just do so. And suddenly they just decide on a date/time....without consulting the actual patient.... now if they were clairvoyant and know whatever date/time would work for me, before I do. Great! Sames me the trouble of planning my work, meetings... all for it!But guess what....they are not....sad...
