Bought some dried chili's from this grocery yesterday. Took the time to make a large batch of chili crisp. Used up a bottle of oil and a bunch of other ingredients. Turned out the chili's were moldy. I tried to wash the mold off with some warm water in hopes that it would fully remove the smell. I've made chili crisp many many times and know when chili's smell/taste moldy. I've bought moldy ones at other stores over the years.Brought them back to the store today and the owner wouldn't give me another bag to replace the moldy one. Very bad customer service to lose a customer over a bag of moldy chili's. I won't be going back.

Super clean and a big variety of product for hot pot. Frozen thin meat to tofu, xiao long bao, ramen, drinks, snacks and beauty product. They do their best to speak english. :) it can be a bit pricey but it's worth it.

I bought this hot sauce from this shop yesterday, and it’s already expired for a year and four months. This is ridiculous.

Less choice, super high prices, returns policy is very bad, once you walk out the shop, there’s no way to return your purchase unless the product has problem. Displayed products are very massy, and you can’t find the price tag, always need to bring the product to the counter to ask about the price. They don’t take card if your purchase is less than $10. And again, really expensive everything here, despite you are registered member.
