Loomis Express

I had a parcel coming in from Shein, usually its through Canada Post but unfortunately I ordered for higher amount to be eligible for Express Shipping so it was under DHL.So, I knew that it wouldn't be smooth and I went ahead of time and submitted the Waybill number, phone number and address so that they can contact me instead of making me scavenger hunt.But, they would still do the same. The driver will never come to the apartment and still update their system saying that delivery attempted. Where are they attempting delivery at the warehouse itself, Coz they never showed up in my parking lot.Then we went down to tell the lady at the front desk, and she made us go back two times just to tell us that she is busy with other stuff. When we wanted to wait she started threatening us by saying that she would call cops.Why can't they do their part of work is their work that hard?
