The Cottage Cafe
Visited the cafe as we were in Grand Bend for Thanksgiving. Beautiful location, friendly staff and the coffee , tea and croissants were perfect. Thought it would be a quick visit but an hour later we were sitting on the balcony on the second floor soaking in the views. Will be back each time I'm in Grand Bend. They will be done for the season on October 30th so if you're in the area, go now! The place reopens in April I believe.

What a cute little Cafe. Their desserts are freshly made and absolutely delicious! The croissants were so soft. The cinnamon buns were just perfect....the icing was not too sweet....just perfect.

If I could, I would love to give this cafe house 6 stars. This cafe house has the best view, and wonderful location. I was so surprised when I saw those food that this cafe had. Chefs probably have so many ideas and lots of love for food, so they can make a good and delicious food. Decoration is super cozy and relaxing, and I think I can stay there for a whole day.

We came here last year and loved it. Back again today for our first visit in 2023 and it may be even better. Food was incredible, great kid options (look out for the kid plates) and friendly staff. This place will feature on every trip we make to the Bend!

The best place at Grand Bend. Great food, wonderful staff and a fantastic ambience.Went there with my family and I was working for 4 hours (9am-1pm) on the terrace with 0 disturbance/interference from the staff. They were kind enough to let me use the wifi for those many hours and I had only purchased a muffin.The ambience is great - has a very rustic and clean home feel with sofas, classy lighting and sturdy tables (w/ charging plugs).I checked out by ordering the Dougie (beef steak on bread with cheese) for lunch and it was delicious.Always going to hang out here whenever I visit Grand Bend.

The cottage cafe is an absolute gem, truly a beloved destination among all our family and friends. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food and drinks are superb—not to mention the gorgeous views of the river and lake. A perfect spot for a perfect moment ❤️.

The breakfast burrito won’t disappoint! Great experience sitting outside, with a one of a kind view of the river ….enjoying the warm sunshine and fresh air. Super friendly staff greeting as soon as you walk in. Will definitely be back.

Ordered the breakfast burrito which was delicious and came with fresh berries on the side. The cinnamon bun and chocolate croissant were delicious and the view from the patio was beautiful.

Beautiful cafe, lovely staff and a great experience! If you don't go for the food, the view is to die for! Loved every moment of it. Delicious food and great coffee! Will definitely come here again.
