Best service ever,sometimes they got super busy but the average waiting time still way less then any other pharmacy,stuff are highly educated specially Joseph the pharmacist and Mithaq the supervisor.

I seriously CANNOT believe the wait time! It is ridiculous! I'm going to get a new family doctor! You should go to the ER, you might get seen faster!

Tried again this place. 2 years now. Service is cash orientedElite must mean what they want to be in life.Not concerned with my health at all!-1starFirst visit to new place not so good. I would like to support the Elite Pharmacy, but can't. I'm not sure what the problem is. I was asked by Elite Pharmacy to switch from Shoppers to Elite. I'm glad I didn't. I called for a refill on June 1, as of June 6 still nothing. Bye bye Elite Pharmacy.

I don’t ask or call for my refill only when there’s lady there by name mathaq I think she’s supervisor there , she’s the only good one there without her everyone will be lost , she’s the only one know what she’s doing , very polite , so I only call when she’s there because she don’t wist my time.

Service at this pharmacy is variable sometimes it's okay sometimes it's poor. Sometimes prescriptions are ready on time other times things are missing and you have to follow up and callI think this is due to the large amount of patients coming from the multiple doctors within the facility. Never feeling quite satisfied but this is just my experience over many years.

Insensitive and rude staff if they happen to pick your calls! Dr.Ashley Cook is very receptive and thorough though. I am a patient of hers for years and wouldn’t choose someone else.

Dr.cook is amazing , the receptionist reem is amazing and so is the other staff , they never give me or my mom a hard time , I want to give a shout-out for all of them working hard to help us with all our needs during this rough time

At a quick glance building looks clean and welcoming behind that are people working behind the counter that are unorganized unprepared and sometimes dare I say incompetent.They do not have prescriptions ready when they're supposed toWhen speaking to them on the phone they are ill advised and not knowledgeable.They are not organized that is the bottom line it's like chickens running around with head cut off. And when we are dealing with something supposed to be important medication there should be professionalism organization and punctuality you have to be on the ball.This review is not just my opinion and observation but also numerous people have told me they feel the same way they have witnessed the unorganization of this facility.

the worst office i have ever dealt with. do not recommend. dr kania is great but unfortunately the staff is rude and unprofessional. it took me over an hour to get a hold of them and they weren't even able to accommodate me with an appointment. what a waste. they tell you to walk in but the last time i walked in i waited over 3 hours in the waiting room. deff will be looking into a new family dr.
