Brampton Sleep Clinic

Dr. Kohn is great, I've seen her a few times at the sleep clinic. She has never rushed me or made me feel unimportant. Happy to be her patient.

This is a well organized, professional, sleep clinic. I have been there twice and the staff are always kind and helpful. I sleep, anxiety free, in their care. I recommend their services.

Originally had a sleep study here back in 2016 that was fine but when I tried to do another sleep study a few years later to further assess my condition, the clinic refused two separate attempts to let me have one and offered no explanation as to why other than I'd already had one despite having a referral from my doctor every time (yet the sleep clinic at Williams Parkway and Chrysler Drive never had any problem with that and they let me have my sleep study)

I have sent this clinic several emails and calls regarding a follow up. I had the phone appointment with Dr. Kohn and I have not been given the prescription for the actual CPAP machine for my Sleep Apnea yet. Its been countless months without a word or explanation about the delay. I have called and sent emails to this clinic to get some sort of follow up regarding the status of the doctor, but this clinic does not respond to their emails nor do they pick up the phone. IS THERE ANY ADMIN IN THAT CLINIC?

When I did the sleep study I guess it was as comfortable as one can be with 30 minutes of wiring wrapped around you. Then cover hit us. Since then I have had a phone follow up with the threat of missing the appointment and getting a $250 charge. So as I waited by my phone for 75 minutes before I call to find out whats going on I have to get back to work. I finally got the call. Now for the next year follow up I got a call to confirm the appointment, I canceled it instead. Now that I have canceled it I got a call to confirm the cancelation which I didn't answer. Then I received not one but two calls from the Dr. Which I never answered because I canceled the appointment. Why have a machine call to confirm appointments if your going to call back to reconfirm. Mean while the year earlier I was told that nobody could notify me that the appointment was going to run later because according to the Dr every one was busy. So what changed in a year or do you just need to swipe my card??

No respect for time was given zoom appointment 12:30 was asked to be ready 15mint ahead waited over 1 hr before meeting start. Called the receptionist to ask for update and why I was it told if there is a delay she was so rude and said talk to Dr Subramanian she’s can’t do anything.What a lie there was no appointment changed I was given wrong time I shows Ip for that and I still agreed to the time you told me them I had to wait over 1hr.

Sleep studies are never fun but the staff did their best to make it as comfortable as possible. The bed was very comfortable, clean room, my tech asked if I needed another pillow and she even tucked me into bed. Everyone was on time, and I got my appointment within two days due to a cancellation but even without that the wait would have only been a month - overall it was a good experience!Edited to add: Just spoke with the Doctor, I believe Dr. Stewart. He was early and spent 35 mins with me going over everything, very pleasant doctor.

Changed my rating from 1 to 5I originally had a critical review as I was facing a scheduling issue.The issue was resolved as the team reached out to me. The reason for 5 stars is the clinic experience. Amazing staff, I had such a great experience with the study. The staff made it comfortable, they were so professional. Throughout the night whenever I needed assistance, they were there on stand-by.The actual experience at the clinic, exceeded my expectations.Date of Study Feb 24th- 8.30 PM.

I came for a test and 17 days later they still have not given my report to my family doctor! Apparently the doctor went on vacation and now is back but too busy. So I asked them why accepted my appointment in the first place. The receptionist informed me that they are not supposed to reject any appointment. Am I supposed to live with my condition until the kind doctor takes a look at my report?
