Lack integrity and honesty. They recommended the wrong product which lead to a costly repair. They did not want to accept any responsibility or try to resolve the issue. Buyer beware.

In installing a 12 volt pump they had fitted for me a outlet fitting broke off in the pump negating its usefulness.Despite being marginal or not warrantable for them they gave me a new pump and fitting and sent me on my now happy way,Nice to have and see in this day and age and hence highly recommend using them for your pump needs.

Took my pool pump there because of loud noise. Said immediately that it was the bearings. Had it fixed in 2 days and it is purring like a kitten. Little did I know that the bearings were probably going for a bit now.Also, they went above and beyond because a rubber seal went missing from the attached pipes and they found one to replace it.Very appreciative of their great service!Will certainly go back with any future issues.

Great service - needed a small piece of pipe rather than having to buy 100’ at big box store.. basically gave me what I needed for free.. thanks helped my fix my problem and get the water flowing again

Very helpful. Got what I needed and quickly rough fit everything together for me for my water pressure tank install. Fingers crossed my DIY is successful!They have a ton of pumps, tanks, water filtration, and other supplies.

Awesome experience. Useful help and guidance over the phone. Needed to bring the pump in, but then they had just exactly the part at a fair price I needed for my leaky 15 year old spa pump. Fitted the part for me, and gave helpful advice on what to watch for in future. Not the first time they've bailed me out, and each time the same outstanding service - even at 4pm on a Friday!

Should be 10 stars. Amazing service, super friendly/helpful staff and fair pricing. Reminded me of my grandfather's General Store when I was a child and people cared about customer service. Great job guys and I will return... if my pump ever fails again :D

Great service both on the phone and in the field. When my pump failed, I was walked through the simpler issues; when it was apparent that service was actually needed, the crew was sent out quickly - then the diagnosis continued to find the actual problem and do what needed to be done without upselling. It is obvious that these folks know what they're doing and provide good service for a reasonable price.
