Two Can Talk - Speech Therapy

Their policies are beyond ridiculous. The effort done with my son is “ok” nothing out of the box however, their management and policies are extremely unprofessional and I was very disappointed to get the feel that this place is also very very profit and money driven. They tend to run late yet still charge you for the full time and if you run late you also have to pay the full price not a prorated time of even to stay with your kid that extra 5 mins let’s say . You feel like the $$$ is all what controls their services so straight up in your eyes like that .I was very sick with GI , throwing up exactly 15 times and couldn’t call ahead of the appointment by 24 hrs to cancel because who predicts how sick they will be and also because I was extremely sick to pick up the phone and call yet I called them 3.5-4 hours ahead of my sons appointment basically as soon as I was able to open my eyes and look into the phone, communicating that I am sick and have to cancel and first thing they did is to charge me a half session. Not listening not attempting to do anything about it , repeating the word “this is our policy” the way they communicated was unprofessional and very money driven and makes you feel that it’s a buisness not really a clinical expertise . Very disappointed at how they treated us as a number. Even-though I am explaining it’s an emergency situation, I am extremely sick and a single parent who has no other option for my kid to be commuted , still treated us as a number . Don’t recommend it at all, if you happen to face a situation of emergency , this place will have no mercy on you but use to rip you off … stay away and check out other great places in Vaughan some of which even come to your home .

Our son asks for Ms. Rezvan all the time. He only has once weekly sessions and always looks forward to meet her. She is able to captivate him for 60 minutes and improves his speech and language greatly in a very short time. She is very calm and patient with our son. Interacting with Ms. Rezvan has been very easy because she understands and listens patiently. Our son is more confident and his interactions are much better. We are so grateful to her. She gave us very helpful exercises and games to complete with our son. When we started, it was difficult for our son saying long phrases and often would not be able to express desires. In just a few months, his vocabulary improved greatly. He has come such a long way in a short amount of time. The instruction we received as parents has been so so vital! Thanks Ms. Rezvan!

I used the services of “two can talk” when I needed the services of a speech therapist for my son. Jessica, was not only very qualified to work with the children,she was also very pleasant and knew ways to make them exited about the working sessions to the point when they were looking forward for them. Jessica is very accommodative,schedule wise,and we ended having the sessions at home nicely,at mutually convenient times. If you want to choose best for your child choose Jessica. Answer all the questions in details. I highly recommend two can talk and Jessica for any child who needs speech therapy.

Amazing team of professionals who helped enhance my kid's speech immensely!The work they perform is very hands on and interactive - using a variety of props from toys to books; super friendly and approachable with children (I honestly didn't expect my kid to be so open with someone so fast but wow), and easy to follow instructions for self practice.I have recommended Two Can Talk in the past, and I know I will in the future to anyone!
