I highly recommend Hiawatha Tree. We had a very large section of an old elm tree fall on our yard house and garage from recent storms. Ben was out quickly to give us a quote, and had the best price of the three bids we received. They were out the next day with a crane, got everything removed without further damage and before they finished they thoroughly raked our yard and left it pristine.

Getting rid of a dead spruce in an awkward location in my backyard had been on my “to do” list for years — along with the removal of a large invasive Burning Bush and Honeysuckle. Ben Heller with Hiawatha Tree Service was an excellent choice for the job. He came in with a cherry-picker, over my garage from the back alley so he didn’t have to disturb any of my gardens. It was amazingly fast & efficient. I asked him to leave the snag for birds & insects and it looks great in my yard. The Burning Bush and Honeysuckle are being replaced by Serviceberry & Redbud trees — all part of my native garden master plan.
