I ordered my University of Alberta Dietetic class of 2021 hoodies through Alberta Embroidery and may I say I am absolutely amazed by their customer service. There was a wide variety of colours, fonts, and styles of hoodies I could choose from and Farouk, the owner, went above and beyond to help me decide what would be best suited for my cohort. In addition, he was very kind and accommodating when it came to the design of the hoodies as well as was detail orientated to ensure that I was happy with the final results of the goods. Furthermore, we had very clear communication whether we were conversing through phone, email, or in person. I would highly, highly, highly recommend coming to Alberta Embroidery! For the past couple of years, Randy has gone above and beyond serving the 16 schools within my school division. We range in schools with 200 to over 1200 students at any given time plus staff. I went in to inquire about an order, the owner said to email him the details. I did, he confirmed he received them and then I never heard back from him again. I've tried calling and emailing, No Response.

I ordered hoodies for my 2022 Dietetics Cohort here! The owner responded very quickly and got right to it! It took a quick week to do over 40 hoodies embriodered! We embroidered a picture of an avocado that I found, U of A logo, and initials and it looks amazing! I love the finished product! And I got them at a very good price too!
