Mount Robson Inn

Cozy room on the second floor. Had a nice refrigerator which was helpful since we travel with food.Breakfast had a nice variety - although the muffins were not homemade. Had mini pancakes today. Good size breakfast room.

What a pleasant surprise. Not the type of accommodation that we normally book but wanted to be at the far end of town yet still walkable to restaurants. The Mount Robson Inn exceeded those requirements. The Mount Robson Inn has been totally revamped. Exterior is very pleasing. The room (118) was brand new, modern lines, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and CLEAN. So quiet. We left our room door open as we felt totally safe and wanted fresh air after a long drive. Yes, we had the windows open too. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast in glass conservatory-type room was wonderful to enjoy the majestic mountain views. Ok breakfast. Small egg/cheese premade omelette, sausage patties, yogurt, cereal, fruit bowl. Maybe a few other things but not memorable. Would definitely stay here again! 9.5/10

This place was great! Recently renovated rooms were clean and spacious, bathroom had enough shelves for storage and good lighting. Beds were comfy and air conditioning was nice. The breakfast room was so clean and the choices were more than enough with eggs, sausage, cereal, toast/english muffins, juice etc. The hotel is only a 7 minute walk into town so you don't have to drive. The only negative and it is small, is that the TV was small and quality of picture was not good. But we were busy so did not watch it that much. Would stay here again.

Great service! They have text based service so you can text the number and get prompt response, far better than a call or talk to receptions. Clean rooms. continental breakfast is not something from star restaurant but super convenient! We had a very excellent stay and for sure will stay here too,if visit Jasper again.

The staff are friendly and attentive. Front desk personnel was very helpful. I liked that the location was on a quiet side of town, but the short walk to the center is quite relaxing. Overall we enjoyed the amenities, plus extra towels and pillows are provided, no need to ask. Breakfast was options was quite good. Thank you Mt Robson Inn!

What else can you be ask for? This place has great service and super clean renovated rooms. Check in was seamless and they have great amenities. Superior value for the money you are spending. The continental breakfast was really lovely, could have been slightly warmer but that’s really the only criticism I’d offer for this placer. We had a very excellent stay and would for sure stay at the Mount Robson again!

Stayed at Mount Robson Inn for 4 days and 3 nights.You get what you pay for. I can’t complain, but I will share my experience/thoughts. Maybe it was a one off, as they seem to have so many good reviews.We arrived late in the evening. Our room was clean enough, although there were stands of hair on our pillows that did not belong to us. Too tired to even bother with it, we let it slide.The water pressure was terrible - we thought it was due to the leak in the hose. We talked to the front desk about it and they were quick to send someone over to have a look. While the new hose somewhat helped the water pressure, it was still bad. Had a closer look at the shower head and there was definitely some build up, as some of the water wasn’t coming through.Just so you know, you will hear your neighbours turn on their tap, bathroom light, and bathroom doors roll.The bed we slept in had a dent in the middle, and the duvet didn’t have proper covers on. It didn’t bother us too much to say anything about it though.Our stay here was good. We slept well, and they provide free breakfast. It covers your basic needs, but don’t expect much.

Short walk into town. Staff were very helpful. Easy parking. Rooms were OK but the noise from the pipes when someone in a other unit would have a shower woke me up even through my earplugs. Other than that I'd recommend.

Definitely a great spot to stay while exploring Jasper. The room we had was spacious and updated. Parking wasn't bad and the staff were great. The included breakfast was awesome and we didn't get the chance to use the hot tubs but they looked very relaxing. It's a bit further from downtown but still an easy enough walk. Would stay here again!
