We didn't have good experience. First, plumber would say will show up tomorrow and disappear. Then come back 10 days later. Secondly, we got billed on our credit card parts we didn't even need or use. And credit card was used without providing an invoice. And then we ended up with so many extra parts anyways we can't return. Shawn tried to resolve it and we ended up getting a refund for some parts but this wasn't a good experience.

Installed through Home Depot. Left a stinky gas valve I asked to be replaced and didn't leave me an invoice number to get my rebate.
