Very bad experience. They overcharged us for the time. Spent less than 1 hour and charged us for 3 hours. Also, overcharged us for machines that they didn’t even use.

fast and efficient service. respected there appointment time good pricing for services. when one of there machines broke down offered different options and possibility to reschedule appointment. the techs that showed up explained what they were going to do. very friendly and knowledgeable techs would highly recommend them to others

They were able to clear my drain when another plumber gave up. They were punctual, and cleaned up after they were done. The prices were in line with what other plumbers are charging.

BEWARE: Unethical company. Did not internally communicate properly so they came for the wrong service, so they couldn't fix my issue. And charged me 400$ for coming.I called their office right away. Refused to listen. I kept telling them to listen to the call I place. They refused. They sued me at the petites créances". They refused to give me access to the recording and did not submit it as a proof for the court. They arrived in court with a partial recording of one of the 3 people I talked to when I place the call.Honnestly

Great service...from the receptionist to the technician.Very punctual...was able to look at the drain with the camera and cleaned out the blockage...Very professional and competent...This was a positive experience with great results...the video of the camera in the drain was very helpful to identify the problem and to see the before and after.The video was sent to me by email the same day.Fantastic job....Will strongly recommend.Thank you again.

Amazing service. From the lady who answers the calls and takes the time to ask questions and explains to you the exact fees (no surprises, that's priceless"!) to the guy that came (we were lucky enough to get the manager and an apprentice) on time and didn't leave until he was absolutely sure that everything was fine
