RAD Pools & Concrete

Pool installed summer of 2019. Immediately had issues with the stairs which were repeatedly brushed off. We were then finally told issue would be fixed when pool was closed for the season as it required emptying most of water. In addition, they sealed the concrete when way too hot and the whole surface bubbled. Despite being told multiple times it would “slough off” it never did. They agreed to reseal the concrete the following summer. When pool was opened in the spring realized issue in the stairs had not in fact been dealt with. We questioned them when they opened the pool. They never came back to even finish the opening process, the concrete was never sealed. They were basically non responsive to phone calls, voicemails and Facebook messages. Threatened to report them to the better business bureau at which point we received an incredibly unprofessional message that what should I expect when I threatened to report them and that the work would be done and he didn’t need reminding every day. This was July 8th 2020. We never heard from them again and the work was never fixed. Clearly they do not honour their warranty or workman ship. Would not recommend to anyone. Incredibly unprofessional.

Denise is extremely rude, doesn't show up when asked. His service is awful. He'll sell you a beautiful pool but don't dare expect him to service anything if anything goes wrong. It was like pulling teeth just to get him to respond to closing our pool and many other things. We had to hire another company. Run from this company! I would not recommend!

Dennis did our pool this spring and not only did an amazing job, but was a pleasure to work with. We had him do a 14’ x 28’ salt water pool, and also a lot of concrete work around the pool. He was very responsive in the planning phase, and actually helped us change our plan as he had some better ideas. Can’t recommend this company enough!
