Non profit organization offering affordable housing units for seniors, more than 30 wheelchair accessible and well maintained units with two reliable elevators round the clock 24/7, with in house superintendents Monday through Sunday( 8 am to 8 pm) including holidays, super safe by government standards, and super clean building with six floors monitored by four cctv cameras ( all units with monitors and controls) recreation room with varieties of exercise machine and gears open 24/7, reasonable coin operated laundry room (2 washers and 2 dryers) also open 24/7, both laundry room and rec room are located in the basement together with a washroom.majority of units are with terraces, a totally wholesome and independent senior friendly community professionaly administered by Westminster Court.pics available next time.
