This place is absolutely terrible. I had the worst experiance. I was in a car accident about 2 months ago.Caa towed my vehicle here for inspection.There was an issue with my insurance, which i told them. And asked for a quote because it was a good car.I got a phone call with my rough estimate and was told i would get an email breakdown soon. I waited about 2 weeks. Then i emailed them.He finally gave me my quoteAll he said was this is a prelim until we get it into the shop"Thats it.I emailed them 6 more time asking questions and not once did i get a response.The car was in my dads name so i got him to go and talk to them dince they were avoiding my emails.He asked a few questions at which point he said that we were not going to go through with the quote. We will tow the car home.My dad was told we would need to pay 650 dollars in storage. He wad shocked.Because nowhere on their website

Wife's 2017 Suv went there cause she backed into a coworker and took out rear tail and a good dent. 4gs later and $800 cash to touch up a door the exerience was anything but smooth. Wife was without vehicle for over a week and a rental was not provided as it was supposed and trying to communicate with anyone there is difficult to say the least. And then they couldnt figure out the impact sensor and we had to take to Ford for 2 days to fix. Paint job was ok but noticeably sprayed. I personally rustproof our vehicles 2x a year. Less than year later and 1 winter we noticed back corner above light all bubbled and rusted. All I got was we dont create rust" and "we dont get call backs" but ive done enough refinishing to know that they disrupted the seam where the metal folds and enough water came down channel and got behind their work. Zero accountability and the owner when confronted in person sent a spray texh out to tell me its a FORD and they rust. Now as Ive been around town I find out tha despite the owner saying they dont get call backs or deficiencies many auto servive establishments dont have much positive feedback for this place. Dont make the same mistake we did

The driver thought he was above the law.My daughter went off the rd and into a ditch.The tow truck driver would not help as a neighbour walk over to see if we were okay and had a beer in his hand. I understand his position as I am sure this does happen but before taking such a strong stance he may have used better judgment.Maybe check the car for booze. Smell inside the car. I eventually went and got my doughier who was wet and warming up in the house to satisfy him but he told her she was going to jail.He called the cops and when they came they literally laughed…..Told us maybe next time we hire a different towing service.I am in the local auto business and I am responsible for a few local dealers owed by a large auto group. I will be sure to give better customer service and clearly sharing my experience.

Great service and friendly staff. We were greeted by a young girl named Kaila lovely smile and friendly and very knowledgeable while looking at our vehicle she knew what she was talking about. The other staff were all so kind and very helpful. The owner Rob was very courteous and sympathetic. We were kept up to date on the process of our vehicle (which I thought was great as it wasn't me having to do the calling all the time). The workman ship was flawless (you couldn't tell my car had been repaired). I would recommend if you need a tow body work done to stop by for a quote, you will not be disappointed from start to finish.

Best tow company I have ever dealt with! Pulled my vehicle out the ditch without any damage. Driver Dan used wood to raise my car up so it wouldn’t rub on the shoulder. Was a very kind and informative man. Will be the company I will call from now on. Thank you so much for looking after us on Father’s Day so I could continue my visit to my dad.

Yeah I got them to tow my ford POS to the scrap yard for a bit of extra change. The young lady I spoke with was great, I'm actually thinking of having my wifes car taken to the scrap yard now, just so I can talk to her again.

They dropped a vehicle off with transmission problems without properly securing it and it rolled away in park into the neighbours garage. Even worse They refuse to take responsibility and now someone’s insurance is going up because of it. Them refusing to take responsibility has also delayed insurance payouts for the vehicle owner and has delayed the repairs for the neighbours garage going on 5 months now. If you use this company for towing make sure to secure vehicle yourself since they clearly don’t care about your safety and wont take responsibility if something goes wrong due to their own negligence. Pretty sad that you have to do the tow truck drivers job but it is what it is. I will never do business with this shady company again.***Response to the response: if you’re big on safety you wouldn’t just drop peoples vehicles off without properly securing them. Your inaction caused damage to someone else’s property and could have resulted in a fatal accident. You could care less about people’s safety and the fact that you would even write a response like that shows your extreme lack of honesty. There is video evidence that shows your driver dropping the car off without even going into the vehicle to engage the parking brake. Get real and do better next time. This is a wake up call to do your jobs. It takes at most a few seconds to engage a parking brake. If you’re not going to your job then you can at least communicate with your customers to do your job for you so something like this never happens again. Common sense goes a long way.

Nadeau’s went above and beyond when our son had a terrible accident. Their concern for our sons health, helped us deal with the vehicle post accident and made the paperwork quick and stressless. Many thanks
