Efficient and friendly staff. Best decision I made was to offer to lease here. Helped me get approved for a newly renovated townhouse. I cannot thank Michele enough for her information and friendliness. All staff are wonderful.

The apartment with be 28° C in winter if you don't keep windows open almost all of the time. Some run window AC in winter. No temperature control. Well see if they keep it so hot this year. Can't wait to find a better home I've never lived in an apartment before. Has a nice pool. Has underground parking but it had a long waiting list when I moved in.

Spring 2023 and we are so excited with the renovations at Bayview Mews. We have been here 10 years and love it. The beautiful updates to the hallways and new balcony railings show that the management is always working to make things better. The large units and wonderful neighbourhood make this a great place to live.

Tabule has a great family and intimate vibe. This restaurant serves great meals that are perfectly flavored, delicious and freshly made. Additionally, the staff is great and our server was absolutely wonderful! Next time you are in the areas of Bayview and Sheppard, be sure to grab a bite at Tabule!

The living spaces have been completely renovated to feel brand new, exceptionally beautiful, spacious and modern. I love the modern in-suite laundry and other new appliances.The grounds are lush with trees and old fashioned lamps and winding paths throughout the community and buildings. I run everyday and enjoy the scenery. The grounds are designed beautifully for a city space. The management is very professional, helpful and caring, especially during Covid. Maintenance is done immediately and by a team which is very kind, friendly and performs their tasks at a high professional level. The pool and gym is fantastic when open. I truly enjoy living here, I feel safe and secure in a stylish living space near subway lines, direct access to the 401 and other highways, I can walk to shopping, groceries, YMCA and parks. Love it here.

Thank you to Michelle for being such a consistently cheerful and knowledgeable person in the Bayview Mews office. She has always been patient and listens carefully to concerns. She explains issues very well. Michelle is a pleasure to deal with.

Only drawback is very limited visitor parking. Otherwise, friendly place with a family atmosphere.

Absolutely horrible and rude management. The worst I have ever had to deal with.There is also a water leak problem in the whole complex, causing even my newly renovated unit to have leaks and mold. There is also silverfish found throughout.Rent elsewhere is you would like more peace of mind.

nicely renovated but need to be more vigilant with their renovation services as it has loop holes they can work on.overall its a quiet place unless there is a construction going on. friendly smiley neighbors!
