Went to Moores a few months ago to buy my soon-to-be husband a suit for our big day. We were told when we purchased the suit that we would receive a gift card of $50 for our purchase and that would cover alterations and then some.. Today we went to get the suit alterations and it was over $150. The $50 gift card barely covered anything and they told him that he needs to get the pants done when we come to pick up the suit (which means more $$$ I'm sure..) It's a good thing we're only getting married once because we both agree that there is no way we would go back.

Went in on Monday early afternoon with my daughter. Completely ignored by all the staff. Not a problem, went somewhere else and spent almost $900 on a few items. I get way better service at Harry Rosen even if I'm just in jeans and a hoodie.

Was so tired of buying pants for my husband that never fit. My granddaughter suggested Moores, she worked for store in United States, took a little bit to get a person that understood what was needed and their seamstress is absolutely amazing. Absolutely perfect fit and reasonably priced.

I had an excellent fitting experience. Logan was well knowledged, and found exactly what I was looking for. When one of my pieces was a little snug, he came up with a solution to make it fit perfect! I'll gladly return for my future spiffy needs.

Stephan from the Regent location was extremely helpful. He helped us for over an hour, making sure we had everything we needed for our event. He was very professional and respectful, and answered all of our questions, making the process a lot less stressful!

The madison square location is my number one stop for business/formal wear. Best selection in the city and great staff. Recently went in for an exchange on two shirts, depending on the brand/fit I can be a half size either way on the sleeve and they were a bit too short. Had my receipt but no tags, they didn't even bat an eye and helped me find a size up. I was in and out no hassle. A++
