TFT OFFROAD-CAR TRUCK AND JEEP ACCESSORIES

Been through 2 truck builds with 4 wheel parts and all i can say is they never stoped untill I was happy. Any minor issues and I really mean minor were treated like anything else. Constantly working with me and informing me on what was going on I couldnt reccomend a better shop. Lots of varriety and JJ was great to deal with making sure I was happy with the results. When I did my first build there was a promotion for some type of rebate i was told it was maybe a prepaid visa that would be sent in mail but I never recieved that. Still 5 starts becuase It was definetly made up for with the service provided.

Had a great experience with 4WP on work done to my 2019 Tacoma (wheels, tires, shocks, and lift). Cody was an awesome guy to deal with and was patient and helpful answering any questions I had, suggesting some things along the way with zero pressure that I’m really happy I trusted him on. Anyone else I talked with seemed equally helpful and I have no doubt they’ll have my back if I come across any issues.

Alex and his team are great to deal with! The guys really know what they are doing, I've had my jeep aligned many times at other places, only TFT actually got it right. If you have a lifted 4x4 these guys know far more than your average Garage. Just had my jeep Regeared to 4.56 gears and truetrac's front and rear at TFT. no issues at all.Yes some things cost a little more than online, but that's not all I'm buying/paying for, I get their vast knowledge of real world experience in regards to different products. To me that's more important than anything else.

Bought a lock for my tailgate handle & couldn’t get it to fit. Brought it in to these guys & they took it in to see what was wrong, they found a way to get it done! Great customer service, much appreciated.

One of my first stops after arriving in town.Needed my RTT off the Jeep to fit into underground parking. Normally there is no storage service at this location - however the store manager immediately agreed to storing it for a week while I make a plan. Took it off the Jeep as a walk in service without wait. Measured to know the new clearance height. When I wanted to pay - THEY SAID NO! Offering it as a courtesy!I am blown away by an amazing act of customer service such as this for a complete stranger . Can only imagine what the service will be like as a regular.Will be back to tune up the jeep in April and get rid of the noises I’ve been drowning out with the stereo. These guys have 100% earned my business !Thanks so much, see you soon :)

I wish there were negative stars for these reviews. I'm having a hard time expressing my disappointment and regret for ever stepping into 4WP.My requirements were simple going in, new rims and largest size A/T tires that don't stick out past the fenders and don't rub.On the advice of the salesperson, I ordered rims and tires. Around a week later, they called to let me know they arrived but couldn't get me in for install for 3 weeks. That's fine, I came in, paid for my rims and tires and took them to a different shop for install because I needed them for a trip I was going on the following week. Guess what? Tires stick out and rub on the wheel wells. I immediately go to 4WP and complain. They offer to get me new rims to reduce the offset to bring the rims in and eliminate them sticking out and rubbing. 4 weeks later the new rims arrive and they get me in for install. Guess what? They still stick out and rub. What's even worse? They made me pay for the second install even though it was their mistake.Don't walk away from this place, RUN! RUN FAR AND FAST FROM 4 WHEEL PARTS!!!

Unfortunately this company does not live up to the standards that 4WP set before TFT took over. I was going to leave a 2 star review based on the extremely poor communications between myself and TFT, but knocked off another star because they’ve seemed to keep all of the 5 star reviews that were initially left for their former shop 4WP and not for TFT.I feel confident in saying that had I not reached out to TFT about my pending order I would have likely never received it. I emailed the shop to find out if my wheels were in yet (they were for weeks but no one had reached out to inform me) I had to email to find out if they had been shipped out (they had not) I had to email again if they had been shipped yet (they had without any tracking info being provided) then I had to email to ask why only 4 of the 5 wheels had only showed up (one was damaged but was not told about this prior to shipment) then emailed twice to find out if the replacement wheel had been received (given the run around then told it’d be here in a week or so) then emailed to ask if I could make another purchase and have it shipped with the last remaining wheel (was told “no problem we’ll call you when the wheel is in”) and now the wheel has finally shown up but no bother to follow up about the additional purchase.1 star because I finally did receive my order, but wow is the communication and the ability of this shop to follow through ever horrendous. I wouldn’t trust them to organize a piss up in a brew house. I was a loyal customer to 4 wheel parts but I’d caution anyone from buying from this donkey show.

I have had a lot of work done on both my yj and jk. The mechanics are excellent. All my after market installs are always done to a high standard. The service reps are always very helpful. No complaints

Alex, and the staff at TFT OFFROAD went above my expectations. It’s the most professional shop I’ve been too. The staff take pride in the work they do for their customers. Hard to find these days. Five stars, two thumbs up!!!
