Le Ritz - Boulangerie/Patiserie

Took a chocolate croissant. Cost me $2.5.It wasn't warm. Didn't taste good.Wouldn't recommend it.

I went to buy corraisant and coffee. Shop was so dirty and smelly. Only bought coffee which I regret later paid $5.50 for small cappuccino and it taste like boiled milk.I wasted my money I'll definitely not go their again.

I don't know what time this place actually opens. The sign on the door says 7.30 am but today at 8 it still wasn't open. There were no lights on inside either so they weren't close to opening as they would need time to prepare stock for the day.

Everytime I come to Montreal I go to Patisserie Le Ritz on Decarie. The baker makes incredible cakes that are sweet and moist. The ambiance is quiet and peaceful. The baker is very nice and welcoming. It is the perfect place to meet with friends. It's the right place to break your diet.

Comfortable little pastry shop right next to the Laval terminal at Côte Vertu station. A tastier and quieter alternative to the VanHoutte nearby. Their French pastry collection satisfies the traveller but you can also sit down to sip an Oriental-style herbal tea. Mint is what I usually order here. Also, serving Oriental-style coffee. Cozy. Quiet. Never busy.

I am only judging by my first impressions which were confirmed over a few visits to the place within 2 weeks. Courtesy and amiability seems lost on the owner of this bakery store. No greetings, , you pay, you get your food and your change, no thanks, no smiles. It was that way every time, it seems as if you are bothering him for some reason. I went there a few times to buy almond croissant, and it was hit or miss: sometimes delicious, sometimes dry. The display is clean however and the cakes looks well decorated and at first glance yummy. There is a weird difference between the modern display and the rest of the store.This place could be alot better if only If the owner learned how to be courteous with his clients.

Dirty, not fresh at all. We took a piece of cake and a croissant and both had a very very old taste. As if they were made 3-4 months ago. What the heck. Price is exorbitant, 4$ each pieces for old pastries.

The service was nice, but I found the pastries did not taste good like other people mentionned.

This one of the most horrible place I have been at. The place was very filthy there was left over plates and glasses all over the tables. The cashier him self was a wearing very filthy and dirty uniform was serving people with no gloves on. Most of their items croissant, muffins are old and have flies all over the counters. I had a cup of tea ended up sick for two days. The service was as horrible as the place the cashier can not speak English was frustrated very rude and having attitude with every single customer walking in the store.Whatever you do stay a way from this filthy place

Was taking a look to see how the place is like but the owner kept asking what I want, as if he wants me to get out if I'm not gonna buy anything. I bought some and thanked him but he didn't even say you're welcome when I said thank you and just walked away.
