Appointment on time went in assessed my ears and it all went great the ear doctor was super nice and really helpful I did not even have to pay a thing appointment only took about 15 minutes and I left there satisfied. (I do not understand all the negative reviews about this place.)

Good experience.. dr J. Chung was nice to me. She listened patiently and check properly. I think only down side was that you have to wait for more then 1 hr. Otherwise everything was good.

Staff here is very rude.. appointments are not conducted in order.Went on time but still had to wait 90 mins.. when asked if there is an ETA to see the doctor because I had to leave for workShe(receptionist) replied rudely saying I don’t know, not qualified for the job.What is the purpose of booking an appointment? Not sure, I had to walk out without seeing the doctor.
