We just came from dance code and although the store was busy - when it was our turn for service - we were provided with outstanding service. The staff are knowledgeable and helped my daughter find the best fit of ballet shoes. Great selection of sizes and accessories too. 15% off for the new dance season - get your shop on!

Absolutely love their customer service! Extremely friendly and helpful. My only wish is that they had more stock of items because I feel they don't have the choices or sizes that other dance stores have. Need more inventory in stock! I'm glad I call before heading over. I found out they had the tights that I needed but didn't have the 2 shoes I was looking for (one they didn't have the right colour and the other shoe not that size). So I had to travel to a different store to pick the shoes up. Lost opportunity for sales.

I called in for information on a few items, the woman who answered the phone had awful telephone manner. Don't provide your telephone number as contact info if you don't have the time or effort to answer simple questions.
