Meridian Chiropractic + Health Centre

I had unpleasant experience at the clinic today. I was asking the receptionist nicely if they accept a secondary health insurance and she said we dont do this. I was trying to understand why since this is not my experience at other places. She said they never pay them back and then she said i had a late fee because of this and they never get a hold of me, she said i call u many times and u do not answer or return my calls. yes i remember ur name. I was surprised because honestly i never receive a call from the office informing me of those fees which is would happily pay the $14 dollar. She was rude when talking to me, i felt she was accusing me not wanting to pay the outstanding $14 service fee. She ask me to pay upfront before my massage because she is leaving soon. I am struggling with anxiety and this experience made me so anxious and feeling uncomfortable. I wanted to leave right away but thought it is not fair for the massage therapist. I have seen Dr. Weiss in the past and the massage therapist today. They are nice people and professional regardless of the receptionist behaviour with me. Its not personal she could've just ask me to pay the amount and explain why. I am not a thief to be treated like this. I left very emotional and i dont think will return there.

Thankyou Meridian Chiropractic you fixed my severe back pain that I had been dealing with for 3 months. I had visited 3 chiropractors within that time frame at different practises and the results were not the same. The pain relief was very short term.I cannot recall the chiropractor DR that I had during this one time visit but she was a female.I truly appreciate how she took the time to educate me and to show me how to properly lift heavy items.I have applied what she taught me to my daily life and my back/core is getting stronger.Thankyou again.

I saw Dr Canvin just days ago and am very impressed with him. He's very thorough, professional and excellent at his job. I have problem diabetic feet and there was no pain at all with procedures he did. Very reasonably priced as well!

Dr. Weiss has been treating me for plantar fasciitis for a couple months now and she is amazing. She is attentive, cares about her patients, and recently scanned my feet for orthodics and walked me through that process. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Weiss is amazing. She is thorough and very personable and easy to talk to. You always feel like she's giving you her full attention and that you're getting the best care. I was always scared of chiropractics until I saw Dr. Weiss, and I really feel like she is looking out for my best interests and that I can really trust her. I highly recommend her!

Excellent staff and you always receive the best of care. Dr. Weiss always listens to you and treats what is ailing you. Every time I have had to go in I have always walked out feeling much better. Excellent massage therapists too.

Amazing chiropractor! Excellent staff! The athletic therapist that just started working out of the clinic is very nice and he offers shockwave therapy which has done wonders for my plantar facsiitis just 3 treatments. Highly recommend
