What a lovely shop!They were so kind to give my partner and I some water when we were walking in the sun and got dehydrated so we tried their Cacao Salted Hazelnut squares and WOW! We will definitely buy these again.Friendly, kind people and stellar hand crafted products.

We stopped in here on our day trip to Salt Spring Island and we were greeted by the wonderful owners who educated us and also gave us supporting advice for our cleanse and fasting. The bone broth is incredibly nourishing and delicious and I can tell it is made with so much love!We also got some of the keto fat bombs which we haven't tried yet, but if the quality is anything like the bone broth, we know it will be 10/10.

The best thing on Salt spring island is heart and bone. There's nothing else like it. Keto soups and baked goods and fantastic bone broth of course!!!
