My niece rent this place one month in advance for her birthday and because their security didn't want to handle the party because apparently we was a big group and the owner cancelled the reservation 2 days before her birthday without even making compromise for us to make it work. Their client service is trash and this was clearly a waste of time and money. This was unprofessional.

Great venue, very well divided and organized. Would highly recommend. We hosted 130 people for New Years Eve and everything went smoothly, from the check in to the security they partner with, to the flexibility. Thanks again

My student organisation hosted an event at Kin in November 2022 and it was wonderful! The Kin team is super responsive and communicative, friendly, and efficient. Max helped with setting up the space for the event, answered all of our questions, and provided a great space for our little conference. We would gladly host another event here and tell our friends to do the same. Thank you Kin!!

went there for my friend's wedding. stairs were quite steep, room was hot (there were probably too many people crammed in there) and there were few seats, compared to the number of people. still, service was friendly and efficient.

Hosted a conference at Kin Experience last November and my organization team and I really appreciated the timely responses from Max. The venue itself is charming and holds every amenity needed for snack bars as well as chairs and tables for guests. They were really flexible in terms of letting us set us and cleaning out too which helped the event go smoothly. This is a venue we will definitely keep in mind for next time! Thank you again!

If i could give zero stars i would. This guy scams people by hundreds of dollars by not providing the amount of alcohol that is promised in package. He even admitted to it. If you do go here, count your bottles because he will cut. Literally so unprofessional and an awful person
