I would like to piggy back off of the other recent reviews that the staff need to be trained better. I was told it'd take 15-20 minutes for two slices of Hawiian when I was looking at a full pizza and a second with a few slices in the display case..

The ladies that run this spot are awesome, always polite and friendly. My Brother and I go in there all the time and today we had to wait a little longer for our pizza, so they gave us a free slice each to eat while we waited. Can't say enough about the service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a very disturbing incident happen while ordering from this location , my 12 year old daughter and her friend were greeted by one of the fresh slice delivery drivers and was told that they were “ gorgeous “ and made very uncomfortable when they came to the door . My girls were scared , and when I called to speak to the manager instead of trying to rectify the situation he was arguing with me about it .If you want your young daughters to be objectified then order from here!Absolutely vile , the whole situation !

I do not want to disclose the person but today i order half vegi and half pesto cheese XL pizza. Me and my wife are vegetarian but we got chicken in our pizza. I went back and return the pizza and got another one but in second pizza there were less then 3 slices of vegi pizza. Please train your staff properly and make sure they following the instructions properly.

I chose a variety of ready to go pizza. Vegetables? None to be seen. Not a single vegetable on any pizza? None had tomato sauce, looks like they’re saving money by using some white sauce that tastes like sweet mayo. Pizza didn’t appear to be cooked all the way through or was just very soggy. No part of the crust had any crispness to it. Taste like soggy bread with greasy cheese and mayo. Basically the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Fresh slice is going cheap on all their ingredients and thinking no one will notice?

The greatest pizza we ever had in City!! The pizza become so scrumptious and with such a lot of flavour options you can pick accordingly to your will. we even visited the pizza store two times within the equal day! You should simply dispose your free time and try it out.

Came in for a bite to eat with my friend and my assistance dog (in uniform, with government ID). The pizza was fine, but the staff tried to kick my dog out while we were eating. I explained that she's a service dog and allowed to be in there and offered to show our ID, but the female staff member obviously had no idea what I was talking about, had no idea what a service dog is, and tried to argue with me. This seems like a really basic thing for food service workers to be aware of, so it makes me wonder what kind of training Fresh Slice is providing to their staff in other areas, like hygiene and food safety.

This is the 3rd place in town ive tried and its by far the worst, pizza was soggy and undercooked we ordered 3 medium pizzas each one came with over 2 inches of crust very minimal sauce, cheese or toppings i would not recommend to any one in the area. I hope cutting corners to save a buck was worth it.Cheers. Unsatisfied customer
