Gemini Gymnastics

I took my daughter to Kindergym here and had a great experience. I also signed her up for a week of camp in the summer and she seemed to enjoy it. However - something has changed. This summer my daughter was in Girls 5/6 and it was extremely disorganized every time we would drop her off, both my husband and I felt like nobody knew where to go. One time half way in to class my mom went over to watch and the girl at the desk never even looked up at her as she walked right in, making us think anyone could walk in and watch these little girls. The girls at the front desk are extremely unfriendly. One time I waited outside the doors as I was early and there is a big sign that says Do Not Enter until 5 mins before class. The one girl comes out and says in an unfriendly tone “was the door locked?” I explained the sign and she laughed and rolled her eyes. I felt like I couldn’t do anything right. Every question I would ask the desk seemed like it was the most annoying question in the world. The young man who works up front is very friendly however and very good with the kids. The other girls need to take a lesson from him. It’s extremely disorganized at pick up as well. On my daughter’s last class we were supposed to be able to watch, however the girls at the desk (irritatingly) told me for the last 10 mins of class. When I entered at the last 10 minutes everyone had already been in there watching. All I got to see was my daughter getting her certificate. Another time I walked my daughter in because there was nobody around and one of the older coaches looked her up and down and said “she must be in a different age group” referring to her size (she’s small). Very unfriendly tones, very disorganized. We have been going here for years but after this summer will be going to a different facility. Very unfortunate.

The gym is fully equipped, the staff is super accommodating and friendly. I would dock a half star for the viewing room, as it fills up fast and sometimes it is difficult to watch your child. But the amazing staff makes up for it!

Their no refund/ credit policy is ridiculous. I understand why they put it in place but when Covid hit, my daughter had only the chance to go to 2 classes before classes were cancelled. Since then, my daughter has found an interest in soccer, and no longer wants to do gymnastics, so Gemini has $250 sitting there that will NEVER be used that I could put towards her soccer. Instead I'll lose it. Come on Gemini, I think after 3 years, it's time to refund all of those with an oustanding credit who are not returning after Covid. It's better for business and we shouln't pay for a service we never/won't use, if you ask me.

Watched my 11 yr old Grandaughter compete in Burlington on Fri. Impressed with her performance and all the others from your club . Not only the best performances, the best appearances, best attitudes, best work ethics and best young coaches! Thank you for providing this valuable athletic, life experience for these kids that love it so much!Mary Paterson

We enjoyed coming here right up until Covid hit and the classes all had to be cancelled. My account was credited then. After Covid once things started up again I approached them for a refund as my daughter moved too far to use the credit but was denied. So I hope they are enjoying the over $100 I had left. Considering I didn’t work over the whole time because of Covid I really could have used that money. Wouldn’t recommend the place.

Excellent staff, well organized. My daughter joined this year after leaving another program and is delighted to be here. I felt the safety and health of all the kids were a top priority for Gemini. She had a great workout and was excited about her new coaches. My thanks to your team! Look no further folks, sign up and you won't be disappointed.

Have been a part of Gemini for the past 5 years. With one kid, and another. Used to be way better organized and supervised activity. Now (this year) it feels like it rushed (esp young kids classes), kids are doing stations just for a tick, not being asked or stressed on to make it right (even now as they are at the end of there spring session), the kids are rarely being helped (obviously one coach esp at a younger age need a helping hand which was there at the beginning at times but not anymore). Older kids are seem to be better taken care of, but still some groups are very chatty and noisy and discipline is low thus the results are not expected to be quite high! And I strongly believe that this facility has greater capabilities for kids right from the start, The young coaches need to hold up to the Big Name, as it used to be throughout all these years..

Hidden little spot in the grounds of an airplane hanger. They offer classes as well as host birthday parties. Have your little ones exert some energy on a gymnastics play ground and bouncy Castleton indoors

WORST PROGRAM EVER! Well at least for 7-12 year old boys. Please don’t waste your money. The class is 80 mins long, but they stretch and sit around for at least the first 40-45 mins. Every week this happens. Terrible!!!!! If I wanted my child to sit around, he could do it at home for free. Terrible program! There has been no progress since the first day of class. Very disappointed since I heard this was a great facility.
