Have dealt with Lou/Silvercreek for a few years now. Lou's range of advice to improving our property's spring-fed pond through introduction of rainbow and brown trout, as well as bass and sunfish, through pond aeration, and relocation of reeds and other pond plants, has yielded amazing results.

Lou is a very knowledgeable man. Picked up over a thousand rainbow trout and Lou is very serious about his fish. Very healthy good looking fish. Have and eye for Brutus the swan. Lol

Great place to buy fresh trout. The fish that they sell here is clean and more fresh than what you could buy from supermarkets. The ones from supermarkets are usually a week old. Here you can get fishes fresh from the pond.

Lou, the owner, is super friendly and an expert when it comes to the ins and outs of aquaculture. He was more than happy to give me a detailed explanation about his facility and how he raises his fish. The facility is very clean and he prides himself on how his operation is very environmentally friendly. The fish are healthy and raised with the utmost care. Would definitely recommend purchasing fish from here.

What a treat it was to visit Silvercreek Aquaculture! We brought home 100 gorgeous rainbow trout. The service and adavice from the Lou, AKA The Professor" was outstanding. He is also a very funny guy and a charming character. We are so happy we made the three hour round trip drive. Don't turn your back on Brutus! Grin."
