Really unfortunate experience at Whiteoaks location today. No staff in the dressing rooms to help with sizing. Was in with my two kids in a big double stroller. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come and swap sizes for me. Ended up having to put all my clothes back on and drag my kids around the store again to find my own sizing. When I came out I saw 3 staff at the same table chatting folding clothes and one at the cashier. When asking them if they have staff who help in the change rooms they all looked stunned and one finally asked if I needed help with sizing. At this point I already grabbed the new size myself. Very poor customer service even with 4 staff on site and not busy at all in the store.

Bought dress pants from white oaks mall location wore them once and the fabric gets all fazed. For $50 pant I would expect better quality. As much as I like what they offer in the store quality is so bad. I would not go back.

I haven't had such a wonderful shopping experience in a very long time. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Very well done. I'll be back.

I never enter into this shop and not buy. Prices are reasonable. Trousers are nice.

You can't force anyone to use your hand sanitizer, let alone a pregnant woman.

The store was neat and clothing well laid out. Staff somewhat helpful but the dirtiest change rooms I've ever seen in a store. Staff was friendly but not too helpful.
