What an amazing job Alisha did on my home. Wow she absolutely rocked. I was so pleased with her efforts.

I just had my first clean. Booking process was great, easy and everything explained and questions answered. My cleaner Michelle showed up early , she was friendly , easy to talk to. I left her a priority list . She was efficient. Everything looks really good . I’m happy to continue my services.

This was a great services. My condo had been long neglected and they whipped it into shape. Will be booking for regular cleanings going forward.

I was extremely impressed with the level of clean, professionalism and value. I can be quite type A when it comes to the details, and our house looked immaculate afterwards. Our cleaner from this company was Megan. I highly recommend!

I was looking to hire this business to clean my house. There was a misunderstanding I had booked them for a date and had canceled. They claim that they have no record of me canceling. They also record you without telling you that you're being recorded like every other company and they say they have no recordings of me canceling my appointment (how convenient). Long story short we came to an agreement that they would refund half of what they automatically charged on my card($600). When it came time to refund me they said that I would need to sign a non disclosure agreement which I was more than willing to. Unfortunately I got covid and was in a coma in the hospital and I was not able to come and sign immediately, after waking up from my coma and recovering from covid I contacted them again about the refund, they ended up ignoring me and then getting their lawyer to contact me and saying that they are no longer interested in refunding me even though I have an email from them claiming that they would. Also then saying they will take legal action against me if I were to write a bad review and not drop the matter. Would NOT recommend very unprofessional and this was coming from their manager (Natalie) and owners. I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. I WOULD DEFINITELY LOOK SOMEWHERE.My review is not slander, harassment or in any way defamatory. I am strictly setting out the facts as they pertained to my experience with your company which is totally within my right to do so. I have the ability to speak freely and write about my experience with your company as I see fit with respect to factual and truthful comments. We hired Perfection Cleaning to relieve some of the stress of falling behind on housework. They came in for the first time last Friday and did such an amazing job cleaning our bathrooms. I’ve never seen my shower doors that clear.Can’t wait for them to come back next week :)

I hired Perfection Cleaning for residential services and I am so impressed by the attention to detail and attentiveness of their staff. I’ve had cleaning services before where I have to consistently remind cleaners of what seems to be the basics of cleaning. Not the case with Perfection Cleaning. After just the first clean I couldn’t believe how thorough perfection cleaning was. I was even approached by their staff afterwards to do a walk through to ensure I was happy before they left. I’ve never had a cleaning service do this before and I’m thrilled to have found them. Everything was done to my liking and every nook and cranny was cleaned and dusted. They picked items up and cleaned under them instead of around them. The staff were personable and friendly. I felt comfortable having them in my home. The booking process was quick and simple and the admin staff are very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Overall very happy with their services and looking forward to working with them.

I had 2 girls come in for cleaning recently and I have to say they did a remarkable job. Even my wife was impressed and it takes a lot to impress her when it comes to cleaning. Our master bathroom was disgusting and they made it look brand new again in a timely fashion. We are booking perfection cleaning in on a monthly basis going forward. Had a great experience with Perfect Cleaning. Doreen and Alexia were on time, fast, and thorough. They especially did a great job on the washrooms. We will definitely be going forward with biweekly cleanings.
