We recently purchased our first home with Dan and could not have had a better experience. He was so wonderful to work with! He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only did he help us navigate the scary world of purchasing a home, but he was able to provide insight and data that helped us gain the confidence to feel great about our decision. It chanced that we were on vacation during the final negotiations and closing. We had to rely on him for many of the negotiations and communications with the seller and our mortgage broker, and he did not let us down. It being our first vacation in many years, his flexibility and willingness to go out of his way to help were invaluable.We were lucky enough to find our dream home relatively quickly, and he stopped at nothing to ensure that we got the property we wanted. Although homes in our development were selling fast (and at asking), he was able to negotiate almost $40,000 in free upgrades! We've since learned that of the approximately 8 homes that have sold in the development since, he's the only one to have gotten anywhere near this value out of the deal.If you are looking to buy or sell your home, I cannot recommend Dan enough! He is an absolute pleasure to work with. Hopefully, we get the opportunity to work together again in the future!

Ryan and his team at The Vancouver Life were absolutely amazing. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. I dealt with Ryan for close to a year as I tried to purchase a condo in the South Surrey/White Rock area. He was patient, informative, honest and always available. We went through a lot of ups and downs with this crazy market, but he guided me through it with great advice every step of the way. Nothing but great things to say about working with Ryan Dash, and I have recommended him to many people. He helped us buy our first home (in Mount Pleasant), and patiently held our hands as we learned the steps and the ropes in the whole process. He wasn't afraid to tell us when he didn't like something or he thought it wasn't in line with our stated values, which I really appreciated (he wasn't just trying to get us to buy anything). He seems to know a great source for everything, from a great home stager to a great restaurant nearby:) I can't imagine us moving any time soon, since he helped us find such a gem, but if we do we will certainly be working with Ryan again.
