The insurance repair process is user-friendly, efficient and fast. Also the repair work was professional. Once the repair was completed you could not identify where the original damage was located.

Horrible communication about changes in timeline, what parts they were waiting on etc. Got the vehicle back after 6 months with broken piece, deer fur still under the hood, issues with paint, wrong size 3M, brake job needed after it sat for 6 months due to them not ordering parts promptly and not taking the entire front end apart when first getting it in January.When we contacted the shop after the original repairs we were brushed off. Currently on my 2nd trip to another shop to fix their mistakes because I refused for them to touch it again.

They did a great job in the time frame they said they would. They clean my truck inside to much better than it was when I brought it in. They were reasonably priced and good to talk to.

Would do less than one star if I could. Just a horrible experience with this particular Carstar. No parts ordered. Wrong parts ordered. After a month of waiting for a trailer hitch that should have been put on after an accident it was OVER a month to get it finished and then my backup camera was “suddenly” broken. Not a chance I could recommend this company for repairs. The owner seems like a nice guy but boy oh boy. What a clown car of a business.
