Very helpful, pleasant people to deal with. Sod is freshly cut the morning of delivery. If I ever need fresh cut rolls of sod again, I'd definately use Winfield Farms!

Very nice area! Close to the 407, Durham College, UOIT, Highway 7 and a variety of shopping amenities are not too far away south on Simcoe as well as Harmony and Taunton if you head eastbound on Taunton, Conlin or Highway 7. A lot of new homes are in the area and it is growing. Great place to raise a family or find a starter home!

Great Neighborhood, I live here and work here! Windfields has come a long way in the last five years, for the value you cannot live anywhere else. Homes are affordable, shopping center coming soon including Costco (as per RioCan)!

Warning to prospective home buyers. Already a homicide in this new development and it's only getting worse. Lots of rental properties as well. Real Estate agents will try to hype this area up...you couldn't pay me to live in this area of Oshawa. SHAME on city council and planners to allow this horrible housing development to be built. Oshawa Fire Services had to purchase a special mini" firetruck just to fit down the streets."

What happened to preserving Windfield? There is nothing left but new houses. Why not build another subdivision where Parkwood estate is seems to be a little move room there.
