Live there more than a year: totally infested with roaches and bedbugs, not good managers especially the owners, got very hot in summer, there have been several shooting and one suicide in 2017. Everything can happened there. If you move in, you have to throw away all your stuff when move out to not carry bugs and roaches all around in your life. Never Ever Ever consider this place even for free. The whole manager is an scam... Metcap or Starlight...

If you are not desperate for housing do not move to this building. The neighbourhood itself is not nice. Let's start with the superintendent and her husband:Like many places the superintendent will give you preferential treatment depending on who you are. She will tell you who owes rent, and who owes for parking if she likes you. The notices are always loaded with grammatical errors. It's not a big deal, but it makes management look unprofessional.Her husband is not capable of carrying out proper repairs and neither is anyone else that works there. They are very slow to carry out the repairs, and when they do show up, it's a stupid band aid solution, unless they really like you.The water is constantly shut off; maybe due to old pipes and other issues. The building was infested with cockroaches at one point but it was treated, so it is not as bad as before. Many of the people living there have no respect for neighbours or for the property itself. The locks are constantly broken. New chairs were put in the lobby after the building was renovated". Only a couple weeks later

Very poor management... put someone who are professionals and knows how to dealts with tenants problems. These couples are there for nothin’... useless!
