Horrible!!! Absolutely brutal!! Made me call twice on the same day and made me wait over an hour both times!!! BMO - Better Make Other plans.... Shame on you as a company... Your customer service has been getting worse and worse over the years.. Avoid them like them like the plague..

Staff is selfish. Came here on a business account appointment, but the staff working with one of us switched to chatting about personal banking without even giving a waive to the rest of our group that the business part is done and and left us wasting our time waiting. Then this same staff focused on explaining procedure technicalities to a grumpy old man with poor English who can't stand up waiting in the teller line, rather than focusing on finding an accessible solution for him. When this part was done, the actual advisor who we had an appointment with was no where to be found to follow up, and his colleague had to call him. Overall, we got what we came for, but could have appreciated more attentiveness.

I’ve been banking with BMO over the last three years. This branch is absolutely awesome! Especially, Yusuf Issa. An amazing personal banker. I do travel internationally quite a bit, and as a result I have been doing many wire transfers over the phone. Yusuf has been amazing every single time. I highly recommend him and this branch to anyone tired of empty promises by others.

The man at the front could not have been ruder to me. Talking down to me, as if I was five years old. I can guarantee he's not talking to men that way.

Never calls back. Has attitude. Cannot reach branch by phone or emails. Recordings never updated. Worst bank ever. Will transfer accounts to a bank that validates customers.

I am a customer of BMO and I couldn’t be happier with this bank! the amazing staff who work at this location especially SHAUNA RAMDAS this beautiful woman who helped me today and was so kind and amazing. I will forever be grateful to you Shauna and will always include you in my prayers. Thank you guys so much and God bless!!!

Always received great and speedy service on weekdays regular hour. Special mention to Jacob, Diana and Riya. They are always helpful, execute transactions with speed and accuracy. Banking on Thursdays and Fridays extended hours not so great. Staffs at time can be rude and would raise unnecessary questions and doubt even though the transactions requested are of monthly occurrence, had they bother to check the history.

Amazing customer service by Christian, 10/10! There was a mix up with a foreign currency order I had in and I was concerned I would not have the currency before I left for my trip, but Christian escalated the solution and fixed it within 1 day, also followed up by phone and by email to make sure I had everything I need.Thank you Christian!

I’ll give them 4 stars. Tellers are always trying to upsell you on the latest credit cards, and they’re not professional. The personal bankers aren’t too bad, sometimes they go out of the way to help, but I don’t see any follow-ups from them when I reach out.
