Fred’s Active Green + Ross

Helped me out with repairing a flat. Even though it’s a busy time of year with tire changes Ralph really saved the day by getting me back on the road. My husband has been here before too and it’s always honest and professional

I was broke down on the side of the road with a flat tire. Contacted a tow truck and was referred to contact this service shop to see what they can do. Immediately they were very helpful told me to bring the vehicle over and they would take care of it right away. Upon arrival they were very helpful and number one goal was to get us back on the road. Still had a 4 hour ride to get home. Within 30minutes the tire was changed for a new tire and we were back on the road. Highly recommend them while I was there 3 other individuals came in to pick up there vehicle and from what I could tell they were very pleased as well with the service. Very friendly group!Thank you

Not only were they able to squeeze me at the last minute to get my tires changed, they also were extremely informative about what needed more immediate attention on my car and what could wait to be looked after. Ralph and John at the front desk were great! Very helpful and showed my my brakes in the shop. This was helpful as I was able to visually see they needed to be changed. They got me an appointment for my tire change quickly and I will definitely go back when my car needs to be serviced.

Great service experience by John. I had an issue with my tires so I called up and he said bring your car right over and we can have a look. I was only in town for a few hours so I really appreciated being seen so quickly.After having the car inspected, John took me out to the garage to see what the issues were and explained what needed fixing. I've never had that experience at a garage before and it was really nice to see what needed to be replaced and make an informed decision. I was grateful the service and tires could be done within the next hour and a half.I really recommend going to see John and his team at Fred's Active Green and Ross as they're a trustworthy bunch and you won't be pressured into buying anything you don't need. Being sent pictures at the end of the service was a great bonus as it really helped to explain the situation to my husband and where our money went.Thanks again to the team there for making my car safe and ready for the roads again, I'll definitely be back again!

I stopped into the Orangeville shop when my car started making a scary noise. I was an hour from home on my way to a work appointment an hour further yet away. The great staff at Active Green and Ross squeezed me in for a quick assessment, and were able to ascertain the (minor) problem, fix it and have me on my way within 20 minutes. They were kind, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. I have to thank both the skilled mechanic in the shop and the great service from the friendly yet fastidious manager at the front desk. Thank you both, for getting my car in, getting it quickly & well repaired and getting me on my way again. From this one interaction, I can attest to their knowledge, speed, fairness and honesty. Everything one can hope for in a good vehicle repair shop, I found here in just a few minutes. I recommend them.Thanks.

Being new to Orangeville I needed to find a local service centre that would be able to provide expert service with excellent customer relations… I found just that with the team at Fred’s Active Green and Ross. The service was fantastic. Ralph and John were on top of things from the get go all the way to handing the keys over. Always take my vehicle to John at Fred's Tire. Honest and knowledgeable. Recently purchased new tires, noticed a small leake, unrelated to the tire install, still got me in quickly, and did the repair at no cost. Highly recommended.
