Newly Renovated hotel.The rooms are lovely and modern.Reception is beautiful but Bathrooms require upgrade.Breakfast is better compared to other hotels as you get to make some pancakes and other quick Breakfast.There is a hot tub for customer's use.The hotel is close to many shops and the popular Aberdeen Mall.There is plenty of parking but there is a huge likelihood that you may have to park at the back of the hotel if you arrive late on a busy day.The reception staff are nice but the house keepers need to pay close attention to cleaning the blankets.

The rooms were spotless, the housekeeping staff were polite and friendly. The front desk people were polite and professional.At this price they gave a 5 star hotel feel with all the amenities like that pf the 5 star hotel. Loved my stay and will be going there again soon.

Never again! I have stayed there several times in the past 20 years. It has deteriorated in the past 5. When booking, I was put on hold for 15 minutes, then they called me & I was put on hold again. I asked for an early check, they said they wd have a note on file. I came to check in & was told there was no note. We returned later & checked in. Got to our room and went fir shower. Water was shooting out black with dirt. Complained & was told they were flushing system. That would have been nice to know before we checked in. So water fixed, we asked if hot tub was good. Oh yes, no issues at all, they said. Came in to see a bubble bath with a ring of black dirt all around edge of tub. They had an excuse for that also. They put in a disc & foam went away. Then they took a towel & wiped away dirt. I looked at the mat by shower and it was black with mold on bottom. I was disgusted. Then at 3 a.m., the renters that stay in an apartment by parking garage were running around outside calling for their cat......so I am done, I guess you get what you pay for.

Just stayed here canada day long weekend. Good location, central to everything. Has a pool and hot tub. Pool isn't always skimmed out that great but you csn just do it yourself. Beds were very comfortable and clean. That's the big one for me. My main complaint would be that the room wasnt dusted very well. Visible cob webs meaning it hasn't been dusted in awhile. Some stains on the ceiling? Piece if the tile floor was off which could have someone cut their foot. Just an older hotel that needs a bit better up keep and maintenance. Overall though it was a good experience.

I stayed there with my wife couple of days ago and it was a great experience, the room and the beds were nice. We did have certain issues in our room but the lady at the front desk came immediately and solved everything even the maintenance issue as well. The breakfast had variety and the staff was really cheerful and friendly.
