Always leery and suspicious of handing over a large advance deposit to secure a date. But Lance seemed like a nice guy that knew his work.Lo and behold when the day came ( May 24 weekend of 2021 ) that we planned 5 months earlier they showed up in force, organized and on time. Was very impressed by the work they did and the employees attitudes and politeness. They did a great job on our parking lot and were great to work with. No complaints. At least you know that Lance is honest and will do what they say they will do which is becoming rare these days.

outstanding service and quality of work! Just met the crew at the street, short call to the office, and day after I had out driveway like a brand new (even better)! Very clean - very precise - very accurate - high quality sealing. They did not ask me to sit home, wait for them, be ready to meet foreman, etc :) I am happy and will recommend this company to anybody

This was a very disappointing , experience, dealing with this company. The job, was done, and had issues, after with poor quality, and took issue at time of payment. A $1500 job was settled for $1100. The coating was worn out in less than a year in a few spots of 5 ft diameter, in more than one spot. I received,an advertising from the company, by internet, and replayed that I was extremely, disappointed, with the performance of their driveway coating. A vice president contacted me to say please send photos, as they wished to have satisfied customers. I sent the photos, and have had no contact again from this company. Over charge, and under perform is no way to satisfy customers. The photos say it all. Sorry I dealt with them.Update - After completing this review the owner of Sure Seal contacted me. We worked out a mutually agreed to solution to the problem. The work was done quickly and extremely well to my satisfaction. I wish to retract my original review as through the owner I am now pleased with the work that has been done.

We used Sure Seal Pavement to work on our parking lot project at my company's site last year, and were very pleased with both the work and the interaction between our companies. They were quick to respond to our request for quotation, provided clarifications, advice and suggestions relating to the work, and even a brief explanation of how it is actually done. The pricing was also reasonable. We found Aaron and Lance to be flexible when we asked for changes, and in spite of their tight schedule they were able to accommodate us to finish our job on time! I am pleased to recommend Sure Seal to anyone seeking a contractor to do paving work.

We used Sureseal to seal our driveway and after a few months the product began to peel off our driveway leaving a very bad look. We have been in contact with the owner and manager for quite some time to look into having it fixed and have been told numerous times someone would come and look at it. Nobody has shown up and emails are being ignored. For $500 you would think this product would last the 3-5 years you are told. I would suggest looking at other companies as the service is very poor and the price is very high. If i could give 0 stars i would but they only allow you to go as low as 1 star!

We had our residential driveway sealed with sure seal and everything about the process was smooth. They were quick to respond to our initial inquiry, they were informative about the process, and the crew that did the job was very efficient and professional. The driveway looks great and we have had a few neighbours ask us about it. I would definitely recommend them and won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
