A beautful old school fire station, complete with upper quarters with a firepole. For those who want to see the LFD in its traditional glory, there is a reason why this station is typically used for Doors Open Weekend with its classic architecture and memorabilia while still being a working station.

So to the guys at Fire Station 4 u are amazing. I accidentally set off one of our detectors and u were here in 2 min. Incredible. Alarm company called within 30 seconds , talked with them for maybe 1 min. They said they would cancel the call. I hung up the phone and u guys were already here. Sorry for the mixup guys but keep up the incredible work and response time. It must be difficult at rimes. You guys rock. God bless.

We visited here as part of Doors Open London. It was interesting seeing the station that was built in the early 1900s and learning about the fire Department.
