I went to switch trailer at Goodyear warehouse Napanee,On. I don’t know how the people inside behave with drivers but one of the shipper in the morning misbehaved with me and he was very rude . I said nothing to him but he used f* word continuesly to me . May be he was racist because I was wearing turban.

Worst experience i have ever in trucking i just go there for switch trailer but they dont cooperate with drivers no respect especially the old man at security stop sign, i already call my dispatch never send me here again . I think he is racist.

Goodyear Napanee should check into making a change in their choice of Customs brokers. FARROW is absolutely horrible. Worst service of ANY I have dealt with. Hours and hours waiting for them to submit paperwork for clearance. If I were PAYING for this service, I wouldn't tolerate it. Absolutely ridiculous, especially on weekends. They really stink at their job.......
