Was spellbound by the amazing performance of Anoushka Shankar at this venue. The hall is very well built, rich with premium acoustics and techs. The seating at the venue was amazing, as you can see the pic I was seated at the side balcony. The view was amazing, and the sound quality was phenomenal too, even though I was seated in the side balcony the acoustics were balanced and there wasn't any drop or lag.Would love visiting this venue for more concerts.

so much light!"I got to help set up for a wedding here as I am entering the event management field. This venue was beautiful for a wedding. It was on the third floor (the ceremony) and then moved down to the main floor for the reception. There is LOTS of bright light coming through and it is a really classy place. Love it!The only thing is that if you wanted a dance floor you may not have much space. But it was great for the wedding of around 100 people. Wasn't too big!"

Unparalleled sound quality and comfort. Some of the best concerts I've ever witness have been at the R.C. This venue always impressed, with every seat being a great one.

Love the teachers however their candidate/student service/support is atrocious. Beyond terrible. Just don’t know why they even bother having a student services department. They don’t respond to emails or answer the phone. Called them 25 times, each time waiting over an hour. No one answers. You send an email they just say that they will respond when they can. My kid is unable to take her exam and has been prepared for over 2 months now.Read the reviews. You read the same complaint. No corrective action taken. I took my kid out of the school. No way I will pay over $6000 a semester for services they do not provide. Just get a good teacher who can prepare you for the exam. But then again good luck getting support if you need it for exam registrations. Lol what a joke!Update: I was looking through the reviews and found one I left 4 years ago. I complained about the same thing. Protect your sanity. Stay away from this joke school.

I've tried calling 3 times, and after waiting over an hour on hold each time to try and get a hold of someone to inquire about music lessons, I'm giving up. I've also tried using the webform, was e-mailed back on Jan 12th we will contact you shortly"

Wow. This Mecca for aficionados of music came as a beautiful surprise. Imposing, and so wonderful. And to hear and see the performance of the Miles from India concert, a celebration of the music of Miles Davis was a perfect beginning to a long love affair. Miles Davis has so beautifully juxtaposed and oven together the sounds of such Indian music instruments like the Flute, The Dholak and the Tabla with the Trumpet, Saxophone, guitar, drums and piano that they all seem to load together like long lost brothers. It is true. Music has no boundaries. The Musical scale embraces all and every beat, as long as it stays pure.

Like others said, even $5 is too much for the service provided. Not sure why I'm paying hundreds for their unresponsive and rude (the only times I did finally reach someone) customer service and horrible online system.I had great experiences with the music teachers and course content here, but please try to stay away from their advanced digital courses since they have too many technical issues that nobody attends to. Keep in mind that their online courses have a time limit of one year, but you will need to wait for months for one single assignment to be returned and weeks for technical issues to resolve so you can actually proceed with their course.

This rating is for their book store. It is beyond frustration that after four (4) emails that sent to the bookstore since April 30, 2023 about an issue with address. I have not yet got one single response from them and now the package has successfully returned to the bookstore ( the sender). and, since May 11, after my call to the bookstore requested refund to me (since I have never received the package), 13 days later, I still have. It seen my refund. It literally makes feel these folks work in Stone Age and completely working in isolation regardless what customers’ needs (in this case, your errors with my address, and Canada Post listed on mail Status “verifying address with sender”) yet the package got returned, and none of my urgent emails was replied. Now that I am stuck with waiting for refund. Today is May 24. I will update this review. This bookstores customer services don’t exist.Update:Andy helped me to refund my money. He followed it thorough. Did what he promised me. Thank you, Andy. Add one star (1 to 2) for him. But I will not shop at this book store in future still given the energy/effort that took.
