The UPS Store

The store associate was very patient and friendly while I was having a few things printed off. This is my go to store when I need something printed off.

Came here at 9am-9:20am and the place was closed several times. Change the opening time or make your employees come open the store at 9am.

I wish there was an option to give zero. Boys working there have zero work ethics. They don’t know what is customer service, I guess. That’s why they were mocking and laughing. They don’t know how to even deal. Everything is fun for them.Worst experience ever.

I headed to this store to print some documents from a flash drive. Their staff helped me out with it and had the documents printed quickly. I'm not sure why the stationery items were pricey. It's best to check their hours before you visit.

I have been here twice this week after 9 am and no one has been here. This is a huge inconvenience for those with busy lives.Please update your hours or show up on time.

The lady at the store should know how important a customer’s documents can be. The worst service. I would rather drive 5 kms away to a different location.

I left behind an expensive case when shopping out my drone and almost two weeks later they still had it. Thank you very much for your understanding and excellent customer service.

I arrived at this location with a box to return to Amazon yesterday. The box was not yet taped when I arrived because I was unsure what to do with the paperwork. The lady behind the counter looked at me like I had two heads and made me feel 'stupid'. She then told me that I needed to tape up the box. Where's the tape? She points over to the other side of the counter but I could not see it. She proceeded to get irritated with me and told me that this is an independent location and not an official UPS depot. She then proceeded to tell me that the business only gets 0.5$ for each return from Amazon. She stated that it's not worth their time and we need to self service as much as possible.Is this the level of service that UPS permits at it's contracted locations? Since they have accepted and signed the contract with UPS, should they not deliver good service regardless of their profit margins?And, when did it become my problem how much a business makes? It was unprofessional on their part to disclose these details.This location is terrible from personal experience. The owners will only help you if it's profitable enough for them. I do not believe they have the right to represent a company like UPS.

Went in to get a postal box they only had one employee working who doesn’t know how to set up the boxes. What type of management would allow only one employee to be running a store who doesn’t even know how to run it properly

The owner of the store isn't aware of prices. Yesterday, I went for printing services and she charged me $57 for 28 pages and after a bit of argument she charged $40. To be sure that I am not mistaken, I went to 2 different UPS store to know the price for the exact same service and they assured me that I will be done within $10. The owner was constantly saying, “I have to scan and print the doc. Its my store and we are independent store. I don't care about other store.” Its like saying same franchise and different owners charging different amount with a huge difference.I’ve been to this store before but didn't face any issues but maybe the owner itself doesn’t know their own stuff. Will travel 5 km more but will never go to this location. They lost me as a customer for sure.
