Normally I wouldn’t care much about taking my Delica to a garage, but is different with Kroffat. Dwight and his team are super stars! Very professional and kind. There are not many places in the island that deal with Delica’s and I find myself lucky that Dwight takes care of it. I appreciate his energetic and helpful personality! My ride runs like the wind!

Took Honda in for starter issues. Dwight and his team replaced my starter. Issue still persisted. Took car back into shop for follow up diagnostics.New mechanic shop confirmed that Dwight and his team installed faulty starter. If you want to spend $600 to not get called back, this is the place for you!

This shop was super awesome! Everyone is really nice and very helpful. Would definitely go there again if I have any other problems with my vehicle. Totally recommend!

Recommended to Kroffat by a family friend for diagnosing problem with Chevy G20 Van. Dwight was enthusiastic and able to get us in right away. Love to support the folks that love what they do. Fantastic service, genuine good people, reasonable rates. Would highly suggest this shop to anyone who has converted van on the Island.

these guys are the best! i had a panicky trip into town before i had to drive back to PG for the summer and they took the best care of my car. Clear communication, amazing service, and all with grace and understanding for my situation. Seriously the best. don't go anywhere else!

I know that this is my 2nd review, but the team at Kroffat have really impressed. They did some troubleshooting on an old estate sale find I had picked up on my spouse's behalf, and eliminated a persistent misfire with the absolute minimum number of parts to get the job done - in other words, a good diagnosis... On my daily driver, the windshield washer wasn't working, putting the fluid on the road instead of the windshield. Apparently, an easy job provided you have the time, space and equipment to get a wheel off the car and remove the wheel-well cover. Not fun to do outdoors in sub-zero temperatures. They squeezed me in at the last second during a snowy period to keep me safe on the road and they charged me, not some BS 'book rate', but for the actual time taken to do the job, which was completely reasonable. Most shops would have figured out how to double or triple the bill, just to max out the dollar value of the transaction. So happy to have found a great team at a family run shop, to keep my family's wheels safely turning - with honest, excellent service, at fair prices!!

Went for a oil change here as I needed one done and needed a quote on parts and repair to my car the price for the oil change is fair considering they also do a inspection included. They were correct on their inspection on what my car needed done however what they quoted me for the work was astronomically high 600 just to replace brake pads and rotors 275 to replace a battery 250 for sway bar links and 350 for a valve cover gasket and spark plugs. Getting the parts myself only cost me 440 and only took me about 3 hours to do all the work
