Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The cashier was rude, patronizing and unhelpful. We asked for help, she said she couldn’t. She passed the Buck to someone else just as patronizing. She accused me of not listening to a conversation she wasn’t a part of. Was very quick to tell me that “that’s not how it works” but couldn’t tell me how it does work. If you’re new to bingo, don’t go here. You will be shamed and no one will help you.

I had a moment love keeping my grandma's tradition going. Untill" race plays a big factor here everybody may win but if someone says "can I speak to your manager" you know who you are. 4 chairs mean 4 seats but if your a certain colour you can magically make that table a 3 seater. Didn't drama it up but I did move and move again I went sat with natives they stopped bugging me. If your brown sit with your kind

I volunteer at Castledowns Bingo regularly. The staff are sweet and helpful and I see winnings of over $100 quite often. The cafeteria has a good variety of food which includes sandwiches, soups, burgers, deep fried foods, and daily specials. Today's special was a rotini pasta bake with caesar salad and garlic toast.

As with all Bingo halls in Alberta, the regulars not only make up the majority of players, they define the way the hall runs. It's very off putting for a newcomer" to come in for the first time and be treated unfairly by the staff and regulars because we don't know the unspoken rules of the hall
