This is a very nice establishment. I was very pleased with the price and the service I received. Would highly recommend.

Had the battery changed in my iPhone 8 about 3 weeks ago. It has worked perfectly since!This shop is fast, efficient and thorough. The price was quoted at the beginning and that is exactly what I paid. No extras or hidden nonsense.I dropped my phone off and had it back in my hands in less than an hour (I'm sure time is dependent on service provided). The employee also showed me the battery health tab in settings and gave tips on how to get the most out of the battery/keep it healthy longer.

I have taken several phones in for different reasons. The cost has always been exactly what I am told. They always fix my phone way faster than I anticipate and the guy who runs it is extremely nice. I wish my kids would quit breaking their phones but I will continue to take them here! Great Service!

5 Star service and quality workmanship!A few months ago I had some strange issues with my iphone. Apple support couldn’t resolve the issue so they recommended I take it to a factory authorized store. After taking it there and having a few diagnostic tests done and even erasing the phone, I had to leave the phone there for the technician to check it out. After quite a few hours they informed me it couldn’t be repaired and I had to buy a remanufactured phone.Decided to take it to Bill at phone ER see what he could do. After ordering a part for it, I had my phone back in working order for same day for WAY cheaper than buying the reman phone from Apple!I just took my phone to Bill for a second time to replace the glass that broke. After checking it he noticed the battery was on it’s way out so he replaced that as well and added a screen protector (which was perfectly aligned I might add).Had my phone fully repaired before he promised in less than a hour! Best part his price was very good and even gave me a break on the battery replacement since he already had the phone open to replace the glass!Nice to see good honest business and I highly recommend them!!

Bill quickly diagnosed my crushed screen problem and helped with specifying the phone model to procure the correct replacement screen. He rushed the part in and had it installed right away. He provided helpful, timely updates via email to keep me updated. Overall service, service, service.

I went in the store with almost no hope. My phone had a full cracked screen and it was water damaged. I brought it in just to see what Bill would say, and 2 hours later he had my iPhone X fully repaired and looking better than when I first got it. Again, 2 hours of waiting only and really well priced! I wish I could give phone-ER more than 5 stars. Thank you so much.

Great and fast service. Had my iPhone 10 screen replaced twice in two days (yeah... Don't ask..) but they got me out of my pickle each time! They take lunch between 1 pm and 2 pm so don't plan to drop off your phone during this time. Typically takes an hour depending on on how much work they have that day. Prices were very reasonable too!Thanks again!

Took my wife cell phone and he took his time until he found out what was wrong and fixed it. He is great and honest. Hard to find today.

Needed to replace my cracked iPhone screen. Within an hour or so it was done! No need to set up an appointment I just walked in. As well it was half the price compared to Apple. Not only that but they went the extra mile to make my iPhone work even better than before!
