Wonderful. Both doctor and nurse are so considerate of patients. Very soothing and relaxing environment and loved every minute of the 40 minutes I spent at Dr. Nadarajah's clinic. Keep doing what you and your staff are doing, there's nothing you can do about unhappy people - they'll find something wrong with everything!

Dr Nadarajah is nice and professional however all payments must be made cash or cheque. What is this, the Stone Age? Who keeps over $300 cash in their wallets or a cheque book? It’s all major inconvenience.

Dr. Nadarajah is truly the best allergist I have ever seen. So calm and so intelligent. Also, listened to all of my concerns as I have quite the history and didn't try to rush me out. I drive from Burlington and would truly drive from another province for an appointment with her. Thank you so much for your attention and kindness.

You know what, just tell me where you are going to find a perfect allergist, ppl will always ....this and that .I have a good experience with the DR . They really help patients to the max.

HORRIBLE experience. The first time I went the receptionist was incredibly rude. She was being rude because I did not have a mask, mind you at this time masks were not mandatory. I politely asked for one and she had an attitude. Conveniently, the gentleman who came after me got a much more pleasant welcoming than I did and was given a mask no problem. I waited 6 months for a follow up over the phone. My appointment was at 10:15 a.m. and I had to follow up twice and I was finally able to speak with the doctor at 4:00 p.m. (only because I called to follow up). She was unpleasant and extremely rude for no reason. I’m not sure what it is with allergy specialists, but I’m having a hard time finding a competent one. I will say the first one I went to was much nicer and I had a better experience there. This doctor did the basic testing but advised me she did everything she could and in detail. I asked for a referral to a specialist in Toronto and that didn’t sit well with her either. Miserable clinic and miserable doctor- 0/10 I would NOT recommend!

I never actually got to go. I was rescheduled 4 times to days that were unavailable because they were either holidays that the clinic forgot about or days that the doctor was out. Who knows, the doctor might be phenomenal but the staff has made the experience so poor that I'll be finding another clinic.

Was recommend by our Doctor. We took our toddler there for her first appointment which they also rescheduled (apparently the doctor is only taking children in the mornings??) Not sure why they didn't schedule it like that in the first place?? They cant even commit to they're own appointment time??? When we get there, they made us wait outside (because of covid), until 5mins before our actual appointment. Only to tell us once we finally get into see the doctor, that they're not going to do the test because my child has no issues with food or anything currently, so there's no point to the test. So why did they schedule an appointment in the first place??? Especially during covid lock down and with a toddler??? Such a money grab!!! Complete and utter watse of time. Really goes to show their lack of professionalism and care when it comes to their patients. Why they couldn't tell us this over the phone?? I don't know. Especially when they called us more than once to reschedule and they made us wait outside just to tell us the test is not needed AND during a COViD city lockdown?? I will be speaking to our doctor about this, and hopefully they will no longer use this referral. Worst specialist" I have ever been too!!!! . Never again!!"

The woman at the front desk was very rude. We were seated and tested in the front waiting area while other people had to reach over us to grab their jackets, we weren’t even offered a room. Appointment was booked two years ago so they had plenty of time to consider #’s allowed inside during covid.

Worst place ever. Inconsiderate of the patients. Only one parent because of covid. Seriously!! So who helps the parent when their kid is screaming and trying to get away??? Yeah I do not like this place one bit!!!! Don't recommend it at all.Make ur rooms bigger, so people could go in feel less cramped in. The staff and doctor are not pleasant at all!
