I'm 74 years old a woman. Was threatened by your security guard at Northgate mall. The threat was if you don't leave I will physically remove you" I was outside of where they asked me to leave. No charge at all. Could it have been because I'm an Aboriginal woman"

good potential but make sure you have good manager. Officers earn very low wages - $13.50 too start. Use to have good management but now gone and now most colleagues and me have no manager at all! Work there 2.5 years and no raise even though manager try to get me one before he leaves. Use to be able to reach manager all the time. Now you are lucky to get call back in 2 maybe 3 days!!The manager will make all the difference. Try to get you higher pay and paying site and try to get you OT.Calld at all hours from operation to try to get you in to shift at 3am! Clients good to officers to and try to get staff more money. Then to find out they charge over double what they pay us but yet no raise for staff. Good hard working staff so top service but not best for employment.

Literally the worst company I have ever worked for. They let me get bullied by a group in Calgary and ran me off site because they didn’t want any women on their team. Once I tried applying to work at their Edmonton location but needed to write my security test again, they set it up for me and never told me when it was! Then blamed ME because THEY didn’t tell me when the exam was going to be. Their guards LOVE going hands on, they laugh at anyone who would rather talk someone down. Honestly run far away from this company if your looking for work or security guards. Their terrible!

DON'T work here. They pay so low, alot of their health care sites are cliquey and bully other staff, they expect you to take care of mental health patients (a job you aren't qualified or trained for and then get mad when the client acts up ) , they love to go hands on instead of de escalating situations, they expect you to pay for parking at your job site which isn't worth it considering how low they pay per hour . So many reasons not to work for this company.

I am a totally degusted with your company and there treatment of First Nations people . You have a long road ahead , Racism towards any person is wrong. Don't expect your employees to be treated with respect if they continue with this type of behavior..

If I could leave a lower review I would. My sister was involved in a car accident and nearly lost her life on Friday, December 16th at 4 PM. I drove her to the Stony Plain Hospital where we met with our family to make sure she was going to be okay. When we arrived, the nurses told us we were able to have multiple people in the waiting room while one person could accompany her into the exam room. There was no issue until around 9 PM, when a Paladin Security guard said she would call the authorities on us if two of us did not leave. She claimed it was due to social distancing measures despite the emergency room being not even half full and lined with empty chairs. She stood 5' tall and had short blonde hair. I am hoping her supervisors are able to address this so this does not happen in the future. It was no way to treat a family who has suffered a traumatic event.

Absolutely a disgrace to the Canadian justice system! They should all be fired!!! If there would be a zero Star button that's what they deserve. Disgusting disgrace to the system!

Racist don’t work for this company if your brown or black this company is not for you. They only put white peoples up front and keep the rest in the back. Stay away if I could take the star away I would, the only get away with it because management do nothing about it when we report a problem. All they do is move you around but we still face the problem every day, the government need to investigate these companies…….

Worst company ever. rude staff. they will take your interview and will never going to call you back. i gave interview here and missed a call and got voicemail from Andrea regarding 2nd interview and then tried calling them for more than 2 weeks but no revert. she didn’t answer a single call. then i went to their office and told receptionist that i want to have words regarding 2nd interview she was also very rude and told me just try calling her or start from scratch giving english test and 1st interview. i just walk away and then received call from Andrea that she will not go further after 2nd interview and dont have any notes. I told her i never gave 2nd interview. she said i have to apply again because she dont have any notes. This was not my first time. they did this with me 4th time. earlier i gave 3 interviews and got no reply.seriously stop wasting people time. be professional in your work.At least someone should look into this. there are many reviews regarding racism and this is true. you need to work on it.
