The worst worst worst branch that should be avoided for any banking issue specifically if you speak English as the manager don't like to speak English other than French. For people who has difficulties of language find another branch, people who rated 3.2* they were very generous. This branch deserve only a maximum of 1* and that's only for the convenience of the ATM machines.For the attention of BMO management. I enhirited a business with 21 years of banking history and open another account for different business recently and Mrs Claire made it sure for me to change my all banking completely to TD bank or maybe CIBC Bank

Terrible customer service. Impossible to reach by phone.New update 11/22/19: If there's a problem with your account (ie suspicious activity, other) don't expect them to warn you before temporarily suspending your account on a Friday night. You will find out at the check outline, pay by other means, call the head office only to be told to contact the branch Monday, which would bring you to review #1.....If I could give less than a star, I would.
