Quilla O. Is the property manager of this apartment complex, and I have to give her an absolute 5/5; I would absolutely live in these apartments, any day of the year if I could.Thank you again for your time and energy.

Office workers are lazy and rude, the parking sign has been upside down for 6 months. the entrance to the building is covered in spiders and you have to run if you dont want one falling on your head. They give people who move in unlimited use of the elevator with no supervision, today for instance the people were gone but the elevator was still locked. They never power on the air in the elevator and lobby, the entire building smells like garbage some days other days it smells of varnish. The smells are so strong they invade your apartment. They charge people different fees for parking ive met people who pay 40 for inside parking ive met people who pay 70 for inside parking. They do the same for outside parking some people pay 25 and others 40. They constantly try to raise the rent every year even though they do no renovations. They give preferential treatment to people they know and if you are not known to them its just too bad you get zero service. When ever you mention anything to them they get upset and do not even rectify the thing you are complaining about. The pool change area is disgusting and falling apart it has been for years and they never fix it but they manage to paint the parking lot once a year. The only way to have them do anything is by calling boardwalk Ontario customer service and tell them whats going on. Highly do not recommend stay away from these inflated prices and poor attitudes. I forgot to add that there is water outages and power outages done regularly. not to mention letting people into your apartment for reasons that are very suspect.

The elevator floors need replacement. They are in a bad shape. The rest of the building is clean and well managed. Thank you.

J'apprécie beaucoup les services d'accueil et de maintenance du Domaine d'Iberville, ils sont rapides, courtois et très efficaces. Je suis très satisfaite de mon arrivée.

A la prise en compte de mon appartement, constat qu'aucun entretien ni ménage n'y a été effectué après le départ des précédents locataires.Toiles d'araignées dans toutes les pièces, cuisine poisseuse, fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, robinet qui fuit...L'état des plâtres et peintures, en particulier la salle de bain et les contours de fenêtres, sont inquiétants.Lors de ma visite on m'a fait visiter un appartement en cours de rénovation, qui n'avait de fait rien à voir avec l'actuel.Certaines réparations sont en cours, mais je suis très déçu par mon arrivée.Mise à jour : Suite à l'appel au téléphone mentionné en réponse, je n'ai pour l'instant pas vu d'amélioration. En revanche j'ai pû constater davantage de problèmes.Pour commencer, les badges d'accès non fonctionnels, ayant conduit à un retard dans mon emménagement.La réparation de fenêtre demandée à été effectuée au minimum, celle-ci est toujours bloquée.Présence de poisson d'argent dans toutes les pièces.Pommeau de douche bloqué.Encore plus de crasse non nettoyée.Ventilation non fonctionnelle dans la salle de bain, provoquant une accumulation d'humidité.Mise à jour 28 mars 2023 :La piscine de l'immeuble est dans un état effrayant.Les murs des vestiaires sont couverts de moisissures, et la plupart des douches cassées.Les demandes d'entretien sont fermées sans être traitées, et la plupart des personnels administratifs sont d'une mauvaise foi incroyable.

I am very satisfied with the effectiveness of all the staff of my Domaine Iberville community in Longueuil, they are for the attention of their tenants whether for an interview or any request be assured that they will be attentive.

Bwalk group is unbelievably disorganized and ineffective. I booked an appointment with them to visit some apartments, but when I arrive there, I saw that they did not register my name at all and the houses that were planned for me to visit were not available at all. They wasted my time and the cost of transportation. It was tremendously disappointing.

Lived there for 4 years. I recommend installing your own lock and letting them into your apartment only with you present - they do not really control access to the keys and would accuse you of lying if something missing. Also I would ask about their renovation plans - one year I had a very noisy and dusty work going from spring to autumn without any early notice or compensation.
